WiT has a one year free upgrade policy. Within a year of your original purchase date, you can download any new version of WiT, even new major releases, from our web site free-of-charge. Service packs are often released to fix problems discovered after a version has been released, or handy new features added since the release. Service packs are always free-of-charge for the WiT version that they apply to.
We at Coreco Imaging strive to continually improve WiT. To utilize the latest features in WiT, we strongly encourage you to purchase a yearly maintenance contract. (You only need to purchase a maintenance contract after your first year.) Having a valid maintenance contract will entitle you to download any new versions, patches, or updates we may have, as well as continual technical support by voice or email. If you do not keep a valid maintenance contract, you can still upgrade to the latest version of WiT with a good discount. If you only upgrade every four years or even less frequently, then you will save some money by repurchasing WiT instead of keeping a maintenance contract every year. Use the following part numbers:

For run times, you can upgrade an existing standard run time license to a run time license with SmartSeries support. All WiT run times are entitled to a 10 year free version upgrade (i.e. same options, standard or Smart).
